dumpvales good+bad?

Default dumpvales good+bad?

ive been told so manything that dump vales do nothing for your car ect and the other hand they do i would like to know what dumpvale is the best one to get for a 2002 bugeye inport and how do they help your turbo because i been told you need to keep the presure in to make the turbo boost more

a dump valve will help a little bit if you get a decent one as it keeps the turbo spining through gear changes

I'm willing to bet the coming comments will be in favour that dumpvalves are bad. Car runs better with the original recirc valve. Bought mine with a dumpvalve on and swapped back to oe recirc. Ran a lot better after that - smoother.

Or, Blank off the dump valve completely if your turbo is good enough!
