Default FAINT HIGH PITCH SQUEALING ON FULL BOOST

as above only running a td04l but have full 3" sports cat fmic,255 walbro,k&n,ported headers and matched up pipe,lightweight pulleys and prob missed some on a 2003 wrx engine dynod at 271 before headers etc is this noise cause the turbo is at its limit i do know that but is this what the noise is

Leak somewhere? Check all your turbo discharge hose clips for tightness.

I'd start with a leaking up-pipe gasket before looking for anything serious.

so its prob not the turbo making this noise then the up pipe and headers have not long been fitted

and i have had problems with the fmic join from turbo to wing side blowing at the joint since headers fitted yesterday i tokk joint off cleaned then sprayed with hairspray and stuck 2 mikalors on it has not blown since then but you think its poss like an air leak making the noise ? or a good chance?

I didn't spot the FMIC - that could also squeal under boost if not sealed.

just with the pressure ok ill check all joints best i can i did fit everything myself and tried to torque up as should be but could be any joint anywhere i suppose

Sounds like a leaky boost hose to me. If it's a slight leak it's gonna be a bugger to find it!
