Just as title says. I know they have bought over Keighley who have a rather *ahem* colourful reputation on here. Was wondering if WRC themselves are ok? Looking at a car they have at the moment.

well I WAS looking at buying a skyline from them until I rang them up and spoke to one of their guys, he couldnt have been any less interested in a sale if he tried, he realy didnt want to know, It pi**ed me right off!!!

have mir motors in bradford been taken over by autopoint? some cars seem the same but they have loads of new stock , majority not being jap anymore.. but they are getting in 2 09 skyline gtr's next month according to theire site

Probably going to upset the locals but if the add says Bradford or West Yorkshire and in particular if the car is an import then I wouldn't bother.

WRC sales - looked at two cars. One had front left damage, the other I can't begin to tell you what was wrong with it (I even first saw the car for sale in Cardiff!) but a bent B pillar probably says as much as it needs.

MIR - Looked at a Lancia EVO2 - I know Lancias aren't known for their robust build but my 7 year old daughter paints better than whoever painted that thing.

Not worth the risk with any of them.

 

sister of Keighley trade centre do a search and try to find anything good said about them youll be lucky.

Yeah I have done a search and suffice to say I'll be giving the place (or district ) a wide berth!

 

theres 2 people on uklegacy.com who have purchased leggy twin turbo estates from wrc and both are not running properly one has maf issues and rather than put a new one on there using other cars in stock and replacing them but there faulty too the other one is overheating bet your glad you asked on here first most of there cars have had a varied past and not as described.

 

Cheers Legacy. Yup always good to get some info on here. Quite disappointed actually as the V6 Type R Limited they have looks great in the pictures.

 

A mate got a V6 type R from them and you could tell it had been stripped of performance parts and hadnt been put back together well at all, found out later it could have been in a smack on the front too

 

A friend of mine bought a integra DC5 from there, was mint no problems atal. Only issue was the exhaust was rattling against the rear bumper as it had a kit fitted and they fixed it for free, think they give a 1 year warrantee. Even helped him to sell the car on when he wanted to get rid of it again.

 

Jap Performance

I cant fault Jap Performance UK in Bradford, I done well with him.

 

To be fair the guys above are the only ones I've seen with + comments.

Surprise surprise, Mir motors / autopoint now in prison for stolen cars + clocking

 

West Yorkshire isn't bad. But I would not recommend a car from Bradford...iv been stung from there in the past and would never buy a car from there. Car mileage has been clocked. People make fake service history documents and even fake MOT certs. Not a place I would visit. As for keighley trade cars. I went a few years ago and he had some garbage but apparently he's improved a fair but over the last few years. He's a millionaire he's not bothered if you buy his cars or not. Not good customer service

 

So are they still sellings cars then?
And another note doubt they will have owt for sale anymore as the crime squad will have seized everthing
