Wink

Have sold the Scoob and bought a XJS 4.0 Sports.
Such a different drive, smooth, quiet, very comfortable, not as much room in the rear seats, but it's a good change.
Can't knock the Scoob, did 22,000 miles in it with no probs, and enjoyed it immensely, although found that everyone wanted to race me, but when on my own it was great to take the car to the limits and realy enjoy the drive.

Am i mad or just getting old far too quickley (34)

Absolutely stark raving-diddly bonkers. Had you got a 3.0 Sport X-type, you might have been forgiven...

Pipes and slippers thrown in with the deal, although i can't smoke.
3.0 Sport X-type - very nice.
Why, well i change cars just for the sake of having something completely different, you know, one year a 4 wheel drive, then a sports car, then something more luxurious, and having owned a Merc, Audi, Mitsubishie, Toyota, Capri (sorry), etc i will one day find a car i can keep for longer than 12 months.
However, the subaru has done well as its nearly two years of ownership.
If that lot makes any sense then please explain it to me.

XJS.....gulp

If it had been a XJR or a XKR I would have be jealous (very)..

I've just received an invite to test drive the new 2.0 X-Type (yawn) and the S-Type R . Be rude not to have a go 400BHP
