after sunday when the lamda and boss got blew out the headers iwas wondering where is the bet place to put it,in the headers or in the down pipe as i have a boss there too

 

in the down pipe, it takes less of a beating.

 

I put mine in the down pipe after the tip fell off the sensor and damaged the exhaust blades thank **** i was off boost and low revs so i heard the noise and turned it off quick the result, one dead turbo but no engine damage new turbo fitted with new sensor in downpipe and a lambda blanking plug in the headers you just have to make the wiring loom a bit longer hope this helps
