Really?

A friend of mine who is running a W8, TD05 and de-cat zhorst got 275bhp on rolling road. No other engine mods.

W8?
Depends on the engines health when i swapped to the z4 from my early 93wrx i made a little less power but the the fuelling was a lot better and was a much smoother drive.
R/R figures are for pub talk imo.

imo as long as the car is running safely that's more important.
The Z4 was rated at 260ps when the car was new,so a few bhp will be lost over the years.
Is the Blitz sheilded from the engine bay heat ,that will be another loss of power but you won't know until you put it on tyhe r/r
when you say new lump do you mean rebuilt?

95 wrx is 258 bhp standard. the z4 ad td05 are standard items on that model year.
the rad wont make any difference on the dyno nor the BOV.
The induction kit could loose you power not gain it due to heat soak.
the exhaust sytem will add a few bhp. id guess 270bhp
