Ive just joined skoobynet for week now, as ive bought myself my first wrx bugeye 02 plate - i love it. i hope you get my pic.

I previously owned a avensis - lol, but gti before that!

This wrx is quick.


Anyhow to the point. - i live in south london (streatham) and am looking for a garage which i can take my car for a service and basically time to time look after.

Since buying this wrx people hav said that the first gear doesnt pull as much as it should, the 2nd gears a total killer, a beast, but the first just doesnt really do anything special - is it meant too???.

So its neewbie (MAYBE DUMB) questions like these i need to speak to someone about - not any old garage - a specialist skooby garage which wont charge an arm and a leg for questions, i dont know maybe it needs a tuning session - no idea.

So any help would be greats cheers again!

 

Welcome to the forum mate, i use subaru4u in berkshire, loads of people i know travel out of thier way to get there for good service. They will give you a full confidence check over and peace of mind.

You could try Cheam motors its a main Subaru dealer. Ask for Colin in service he is very helpful, He will also give the car a once over for free

Its only 30 minutes from you.

there's also Slowboy Racing in London but can not comment on them as I have never used them.

You could mention STI Spec D I was in last week for a service, tyres and body work. He has a very good memory, seems to know every car on there books.
