Hi Alan
I did put a little remark on the for sale thread, but i shall do it here also
Change the PPP ecu to a standard item, they dont like being decatted and trust me, they really dont like it
(or drill the restrictor plug out about .2mm, ie from .9 to 1.1mm)
Oh and imagine this with the same alloys as your car has (anthracite PD7's) and this is what mine looked like back in 2001

As I posted in the other thread.. this is probably my favourite version/colour Impreza ever.

Exactly what I'd have to replace my sonic blue MY00 wagon (also euro import) with.. but I really love the practicality of the wagon as well.

Superb car! (but rid it of the sti stickers imo)

Some things i've noticed about it over the imports!

No rear wiper so annoying

And it took over £50 to fill the tank!!!!!! I only used to put £38 in my last WRX!

No wiper is strange on uk spec, you'd think that's one of the first things they'd give us Suppose that's anothe plus for the wagon (as they have rear wipers)

No, I'm enjoying just having the focus at moment. Nice simple car that I don't have to spend a fortune running. Brilliant handling now with a set of Goodyear F1 Asymmetrics too...great fun to drive.
