im looking at a car and the service book has been misslaid, i dont think there is a problem with the car etc etc. is it possible to get the subaru service history from I.M. or do you need to get it from the dealer who carried out the services? also is it possible to find out if a cars warranty has been voided?

it an 06 car so should'nt be too much of a problem, just go to find out who the dealer was. the car is being sold by a trader so they wont know who the dealer was but i suppose they could contact the original owner??
thanks
thanks
I bought my P1 in similar circumstances... Owner misplaid the service book.. So i went to the local Subaru Dealer (KT Green) ordered a service book 2 days later it arrived (£10)
Then contacted the dealers through the name on the Number plates and hey presto they had everything on their database going back to 2002.. (dealership was in Worcester). So i explained the situaton to the chap at the service dept - Sent him the service book with a copy of the V5 and a copy of my licence including a SAE and a couple of days later they returned it with the relevant services stamped in the book..
