Idle issues

When I start the car from cold I seems like the automatic choke doesn’t come on and the revs go up and down little by themselves . Its not the idle control valve as it has a new one. Anyone had the same problem

coolant temp sensor can give those sort of problems.
Does it do it when starting from warm?

It only does it first thing in the morning when cold. Ive replaced the MAF and still does it.
Think i'll change the water temp sensor and see what happens.
