Default had my car mapped by a SN member, cheers Dynamix!

hello all, decatted my 2001 WRX with a 3'' milltek system last week

yesterday Scoobynet member "Dynamix" remapped my car, the difference is night and day!

its gone from peaking 1.03 bar at 3500rpm to making more than 1.2 bar at 2500rpm!!! and peaking at around 1.35 bar on the TD04

so much smoother and easier to drive now!

i don't know a lot of the technical details but i'm sure he'll explain when he see this post

am also considering going for a 10% bioethanol (E85) mix when i upgrade my turbo, injectors, intercooler and fuel pump later this year

so cheers Dynamix

I've been mapping mine for a while Dave but other people's for the last 9 months or so.

I read about your bottom end going - any ideas on what caused it?

millage was 93000 on standard wrx internals running 360/322.

could be a number of things tbh. oil was due change, clutch slipping and my fueling was very rich due to new exhaust. had it booked in for clutch and remap but engine broke first. could of just been its time due to the power i was running. who knows.

knew you had been mapping your own as ive read ALOT of your stuff on E85, hence the remap on 22nd including the stuff lol. wasnt aware you was mapping others. Hows it turning out?

Ideal, i did hear jap cars can as they had e85 regulations brought in much sooner so had all the necessary piping to handle it.

Hmm methinks i may have the car remapped for this stuff, it'll sure save any hassle come mot time.
