Does anyone have experience of RE Motorsprt in York?
The website looks impressive and from that it would appear that they know thier stuff.

There is quite a few people I know who have nothing but praise for the firm

 

He did my cambelt service and seemed very good and consientious about what and how he was doing the work.

 

top company, they service my car and ric knows his stuff having worked for subaru, i'd recommend them to anybody

Rick was a technician at Subaru main dealer Robert Bowetts in Leeds before starting RE Motorsport. He impressed me there with his personal interest and honesty. Since going solo I have nothing but praise for him. He has a genuine interest in the marque and is meticulous in his service.

 

Yes Rick as done quite a bit of work on my car and knows his stuff give the guy a ring he will help you in any way he can

My car is looked after by Rick too, very few people I would trust to leave my car with but he is one of them. All quality work at RE Motorsport, I couldn't recommend them enough to be honest, what Rick doesn't know about Subarus isn't worth knowing

 

my car always goes to rick...cannot praise the guys there enough...just fitted my closed deck block,car running like a dream again now!
what he doesnt know isnt worth knowing pal..top lads!

Another vote for RE Motorsport, I first met Rick @ Bowett's in Leeds, and travel to York for the kind of back-up I would hope to get from an enthusiast.

Definitely not Rick, not getting into the politics of it but their change of mind wasn't due to anything about the quality of work or products.

 

Whatever happened to NYSOC?

And who are Subaru North? I beleive they`re around York somewhere.

well as for dodgy work!!!dont listern to whoever is saying it rick only carrys out first class work and i for one am very fussy who works on my car and this guy i trust if it wasnt for him i wouldnt have won the trophys i have done this year heres a bit of his work he s done on my car

 

mmm, might be a different place then? i know one of the members paid 7k for an engine and it ran less than a standard sti, but as said might not of been ame place

I don't think you'll find a better specialist up here in my opinion, as you can see, others think so too, give Rick a call and he'll be happy to talk about your requirements and the best (and reliable!) way to achieve it.

 

Another vote for rick, very good at his job.

Rick found a fault on my ABS brakes and mended it, were others failed,
