Default If petrol has gone down shouldn't normal oil go down too?

Went to a track day in the week at brands and the Shell station near it was doing V Power for 99.9p!!!

So petrol is costing less and less but dose that not mean Halfords (and everyone else who sells oil) should start selling normal oil that we put in our car's for less?

I mean it's all oil at the end of the day?

Whats yours thoughts on this?

Ash

It cost a lot but i guest we don't use it as much as petrol?

But it's still oil and oil is cheap right now i thought so why does it still cost so much?

Or is it because we don't use it up as much as petrol?

Shell in MK is doing V-Power 97.9, but that was before the price of UL came down to 89.9

Glad I've got a couple of years supply of Millers CFS in the shed - I looked on their website and it's over £61 for 5 litres, now!

oil aint sold as quick as fuel, we never but the prices up UNTIL the supplyers do, then we lower them when we can also

remember the tax on petrol is what makes it such a high jump though, it goes up by 3%cost theres still a extra 70% tax ontop of that making it more noticable too
