Ok, it's happened.

I've fallen victim to (MBRD)Mad Boy Racer Disease. I can't deny myself any longer.

Which atmospheric (PIIIISSSSHHHH) dump valve do I go for on an MY00 full SS xhaust, ITG, 100Ron).

Do these things actually have any performance gains, if so what, and does the volume differ between brands.

Anyone have any experience of the Bailey, Forge, Blitz, HKS makes.
