anyone catch it last night?

i noticed they were ringing the neck of the evo with the check engine light on, tut tut boys, thats taxpayers money that your risking.

 

Also passenger didn't have seat belt on when talking to camera man in back
while moving

 

saw that . they did explain why it was on though i thought

 

i missed it guys ,did they cover the mcrae gathering in anyway as they were their in a scooby

i was being harrased by the management at that point so missed what they said.

wouldn't it have made any arrest/chase ilegal. the check engine light is designed to show the driver, civi or police there is aproblem with the car, wouldn't that make it unsafe to be used, knowing there was a fault? particularly in high speed pursuits?

and as for the seat belt, i think the person should own up turn themselves in and take the fine etc.
