Where can I get one for a 05 Impreza STi?

I saw one recently on the same car as mine fitting behind the drivers side fog light cover...

Any link, hints, tips, where to buy etc?

It's normally in your spanner bag (inc wheel lock key) in the boot by the jack

RTFM. You could paint it red, although driving around with it fitted mightnt impress people...

IIRC early Classics were a one fixed "hoop" under bumper, P1's & some V5-6 had a peep hole depending on bumper.

Newage normally remove either a Foglight cover or a little oval pullout section on drivers side. Heres mine fitted but not painted red

 

I don't remember seeing it in the spanner bag...

I was picked up by BaT last month for no front towing eye, luckily my spin at Eau Rouge didn't warrant it but I feel it's about time I sort one out as it'll be a track car next year.

 

Car is red, so painting it would make it blend in!

 

Found the type of towing I wanted, something along these lines...

Can I have some advice for how best to attach it? As I said in my initial post I've seen them ftted out of sight behind the fog light covers.

In that case youll need to put a square white decal behind the towing point, with TOW written on it.

Id still leave the towing eye in the vehicle myself...

 

Sad to say I had to look you're abreviation up but thanks for the constructive comment. I'm relatively new to Impreza ownership but it was bought as a track car in future I'll refrain from from asking questions on here. *****.

 

I imagine that you will get infracted for that, so I will say here that it wont be by me.

With regards to RTFM, I am sorry that are lacking the SOH to smile at on eof the oldest acronyms in the IT business.
