Default turbo-less...please help!!!

hi there lads i recently added a thread regarding no power to my scooby after installing a new g-box. what happens is it goes through gears no problems to start with up in the air but after taking it on the road there is no turbo....could i have missed any connections??? would it have to be re-mapped or even put on the rolling road....i have considered calling the auto-tuning guys to come round...what is the best option?? All help well appreciated..

thank you forr your time in reading and hope i get results lol

Check the collett on the actuator rod has not come off where it attaches to the wastegate. I had the this, the dealer told me I needed a new turbo but I didn't believe this and got the heat shiled off to find the actuator rod flapping about. Fixed for 50p much better than the £1200 the dealer was asking for !

after working away all week feeling very exited of the thought of my scoob bein back on the road, i checked the rod...to find it all still good !!! damn it where are my problems coming from..it drives in all gears bu the turbo will just not kick in..i think it has to be checked out thoroughly, i was considering scooby clinic?? is this my best option. im in the south yokshire area..anybody know of a good reliable mech??

Can you hear the turbo spooling? Double check all boost and vacuum pipes, maybe even take off the inlet pipe and try spinning the turbo by hand to check if its seized

pretty sure there is a sensor on the gearbox that knows when the car is out of gear & basically opens the wastegate so boost will never be achieved.

might be that causing the problem.
