Question Which battery "trickle charger"?

I need a mains trickle charger - am I right in thinking it a for a 12v battery?

Does anyone have a recommendation, as I have seen article on t'internet:

My son uses that one on his EVO I have an Accumate version.
As long as it will automatically switch off as the battery reaches maximum capacity.
