Default Oil & Filter Change

My car is due an oil and filter change would it be a good idea to change spark plugs at same even tho full service (Cambelt included) was done 7.5k miles ago.

Sparkplugs should be ok usually they need to be changed every 30 to 40 k as far as iam aware.I might be wrong.

3 years or 30k is the book figure for plugs although at 30k they're pretty worn. Depending on the level of tune, most on here would recommend no more than 20k You need to look at the invoices to see when they were last replaced.

I wasn't given any receipts unfortunately for anything that's been done to the car the only thing i have is the service book which was stamped at 60k for a full service i think i'll change spark plugs to be on the safe side then i know there done.
