Can someone tell me who it was that was taking the chases numbers of the D M B cars with paint problems to send to I M and how he got on PLEASE.

Sadly I've written twice but had no reply, the dealer where I got the scoob even took a copy to the motor show but was told to tell me to write in to customer services which I did for a second time.

I'm going to have another go ... this time sending it by recorded delivery theat way I can be sure they recieve it before I start slagging customer services off .... thought ??
