Try Ivan @ Forester Subaru.

He's just supplied, canabalised/fitted one for me, well happy.

I believe bob rawle said those aren't be the best as they don't seal around the intercooler because they're metal. Whereas the rubber standard one does. So you have to think if it's really worth it.

Why not just buy the Subaru one? They are a lot cheaper than that, and that is with the rubber seal and all the clips, etc, needed to fit it properly.

Hi Andy.

I ran a Group Buy/Discounted offer back in March on Zero Sport gear from EDO Performance UK - CLICK

They are now showing at £110 + vat & p&p on the site which is not far off what we paid.

My one had the holes ready to mount the OE rubber skirt to seal to the IC & the holes for the IC spray nozzles. Bearing in mind my old undertray was the smaller WRX one it weighed 1650 grams compared to the larger STi Zero/Sports one that weighed 850 grams. So probably a kilo lighter than the OE STi one. HTH.

Mark,

FlatEric....

Thanks for the reply... I noticed on the EDO Performance UK site they list WRX and STI models but nothing about the year of cars they fit... I take it they make them for all years of cars?

Have you noticed much of a difference using the zero/sports one as they quote 100% better performance and cooling than the o.e Subaru one?

cheers

You are right they list STi & WRX along with JDM. When we ordered for the GB we just had to give which of the three it was plus which year & he filled the orders from stock.

Yes it's a definite improvement over stock. I had 3 upgrades to help lower my intake temps though as I fitted a STi scoop, STi IC & the STi splitter in place of my WRX bits.

No problem.

Are you going to fit it yourself if you get one?

This may help if you do. It shows the radiator shroud first then the splitter.

Fitting a Zero Sport IC Splitter to a 2001 STi
