No mention of merger or bankruptcy on their website.... Looks like business as usual.

They were sold to Directed Electronics, another US alarm manufacturer in June as they did go bankrupt.

They have had difficulties, and merged/were bought out by another company last year.

The alarms are still the danglies, providing you get them installed by someone who knows which end of a soldering iron is the hot bit and thinks that scotch loks are the work of Satan himself.
