i see loads of scoobs but...
im a lift engineer and i travel around the midlands alot and i see loads of scoobs about prob is when you flash your lights and put your hand up the look at me and think who is that

Speaking as somebody who does try to wave, sometimes I dont react fast enough and the other cars gone by. Other times I must admit Im concentrating on the car in front and just dont realise until way too late.
