. My plans are to get 6 months in April (£115.50) then 12 months in October (£210) this will take me to Oct 09 where I'll SORN the scoob for 6 months and buy a cheap run-a-round for the winter months.
Don't want to sell the Scoob but I am tempted with a Skyline
registered pre 2001 of course.

A new-age Import JDM STi is what you need now.
£180.00 per year, going up to £200.00 next year.
Only condition is it needs to have been imported under the older type SVA rules and not the newer ESVA ones (ie the ones that now need a model report).
Under the old SVA rules, there was no emisions figure required, so therefore no tax band group, and you get to pay the lower price.
