I was with the AA. That was until they refused to recover my car when it had a flat tyre

They also came out to a guy at work whos fan belt had snapped, the AA guy removed some bits and pieces off the car and then said he wasn't able to do anymore and left it like that

From my own experience and what other people have told me,the AA are terrible !

rac used them a few times over the years, been excellent.
once towed a car of mine that had been sitting outside my house with a knackered engine, (and they new this becuase they towed it originally ) to a dealers so i could claim there any condition car for min px deal.
and after last car snapped cambelt on M25, he recovered it ,then told me i was entitled to a hire car for three days free. arranged it there and then, and drove us straight to hire company to pick it up. we were going to clear some stuff from my wifes, mums, holday caravan as she had just passed away.
have had no probs with them.

I have been with Autoaid for 4 years now, though never had to use them. If the vehicle that you, your legal spouse or civil partner are driving breaks down we can arrange and will reimburse for the services as shown below.

The benefits and services apply to ANY breakdown, which occurs during the period of insurance and within the territorial limits.

Cost £36. Bargain
