Is a 96, 80000 worth buying , or is is over the hill?

What should it have had done. ie. Cambelt etc...?

Slightly over on the miles, but not bad

Depends what it has been used for, m-way, road, track, blah blah.

Service history ??????????????? This will tell you what it has had done to it, belts, shocks, gearbox, enging, blah blah

is it kosher, paintwork.

Is it from a scooby dealer, if not go to one and ask them what a good price is for one, with this spec

It's not from a scooby dealer.. but it was 5k, I'm thinking of saving a little , probably 6-6.5k.

I wouldn't let high milage put you off these days - a modern engine, especially a Jap one, is good for 200,000 plus!
just look for off road abuse by wanna-be racers
