This is the first STi in the UK apart from the one Prodrive are using as a driver run around and so didn't have much choice on the gearbox front, but having used it for a while I would probably go for an auto now. The throttle response is very quick and pulling away from standstill at junctions etc is great fun, just getting used to the sport manual mode at the moment but full auto is just so lazy and fast. Handling is good but the wife has said and I have thought that our old FSTi with AST's would give it a hiding in the twisties. With the Miltek and remap it is giving around 320bhp and so is no slouch.

Can i be nosey and ask where you got it from and what sort of price it was please..? If you'd rather not let on, just a rough idea would be good.
Could you also tell us how large the fuel tank is, if it has cruise control and any other spec you could give us..?
