sounds like your burning oil.
best replacing oil and filters mate initially

 

It's going for a service on Thursday. I would be overjoyed if that will cure it.

 

Isn`t blue smoke a sign of turbo trouble?

 

my 03 wrx does this now and again on initial start up, low mileage car too.

i wouldn't worry about it too much, many many people on here have the same problem, could be nature of flat four or possibly turbo seals seepage.

 

hi dont worry dont think its ur turbo as on start up wouldnt be spinning , mine did the same after an oil change (first start up ) fine now
