i used 4.5 litres of 10w 40 Mobil S (semi synthetic)
GL5 transmission fluid for gearbox and diff 5 Litres in total

This is my own car setup (MY96 Classic) and is working well, i'm not sure if it will on yours though.

Lightbulb oils

might be a thought here just put in what your owners manual says to use
you see it time and time again on here about oils, every one has thier own views about it!!
all iv'e ever used is what is says in the manual to use and i have never had any problems.
just warm up your car before you start hitting the loud peddle, also warm it down properly and you should'nt have any bother with it
ps,i have an 03 sti prodrive.
