hi all, had car re mapped a bit ago after fitting vf35 unit, sports cat and a 255 pump to an my00 uk. was told the base map used was an sti version 6 its boosting at 1.1 bar wot in fith/forth gear but ive changed the resonator pill to a slightly smaller one so boosting at 18 psi in fith/fourth gear and a lot higher in 1st 2nd 3rd around 14/15 psi up from 12/13psi. car was supperb befor but split sh+t even more now and fuel cut must off been lifted too. just wondering will it be safe

did you change the pill after the remap to increase boost? If yes, I'd definitely have it either re-mapped or at least checked with a wide-band lambda to make sure it's not running lean - cheaper than a rebuild

yes i did. it needs to go back to mapers to be checked in a week or too and speed limiter removing. do you think they will cheak that too or will it be at a price, have to wait and see i suppose
