i would just change the down pipe and add a blitz nur spec onto that.

wouldnt touch the tup pipe.

if you want to stay mot safe, get a sports cat down pipe

Save some money, get a 3" system now if you're heading towards the 5's.

Get ready to spend a shed load for that power...I have. Not only do you have to do engine, box, mountings, FMIC, injectors, turbo, brakes, suspension - its a complete package to make it a car you can drive and use all 480-500 bhp. Def start with complete 3" system though.

The up-pipe connects the manifold (headers) from the bottom of the engine "up" to the turbo. The standard up pipe on yours is ok as you will not see any power gains from changing it (it doesn't have a cat) the down pipe is after the turbo and connects the the centre section of the exhaust.

If you are going to de-cat it is recommended that you have the car re-mapped. This will keep your mods nice and safe, and get the best performance out of them.
A re-map should see you good for around 280bhp with decat and decent panel filter.

Hope this helps.
Mike
