ESSEX POLICE SCOOB AND EVO
Blue hawk eye with police stickers lol. looked very smart and gave me a knowing kinda glance as he drove past. also saw an evo 8 or 9 similarly stickered up. part of some rapid road response unit i think. spotted in southend on sea, not on motorway surprisingly..

I've spotted these in Colchester and Clacton, the scooby looks smart.

Would be Tissy and or Donkster. They have a couple of rarely spotted fully Prodrived up GB270s in the team with as well.

Manchester traffic have some stickered up silver hawks, some unmarked too, have seen a black one, then again, they had bugeyes too
