1995 WRX RA forged rebuild
Here is my RA unfortunately up for sale due to flat purchase.I have spent a fortune on this car as I was going to sprint it.
Very clean car with usual RA features:
Intercooler waterspray
Closed Deck Block
Aluminium bonnet
Close ratio gearbox
This one does have aircon (some RAs have the option deleted)
Very light car (less than 1200 kgs)
Engine Rebuilt by API last November to a very high spec:
Forged Pistons
Steel conrods
Heavy Duty head studs/gaskets
Kevlar Timing Belt etc
The engine is stong enough for 500 bhp!
This rebuild cost 5k on it's own!
In addition the car has the following:
New coil packs
New Lambda Sensor
New Exedy organic clutch
Lightened flywheel
Gruppe S headers with welded up pipe (no leaks) & heat lagging
STI Panel Air Filter
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Braided brake hoses all round with Dot 5.1 fluid
STI Version 3 interior
6 point padded roll cage
Momo Competition Steering Wheel
Japanese service history up to 60000kms & owners handbook
Gold 16 inch STI V2 alloys as in last picture
NB THE OZ WHEELS ARE NOT PART OF THE SALE.
Fun road car or very good basis for sprint/hillclimb/track car.
I think the car is a bargain especially if you want to have a high power Impreza, the engine is a perfect base.
The car produced 285 bhp with a decat exhaust, standard exhaust manifold ,Standard air filter & knackered engine
I have the dyno sheet.
Now asking £4250 ovno ( a bargain IMHO)
