Default PETROL BOMBED - SCOOBY OWNERS IN HIGH WYCOMBE/FLACKWELL HEATH/BOURNE END/MARLOW AREA

Between 8pm and 10pm (ish) tonight some delightful lowlife scum(s) attempted to petrol bomb my sisters Subaru Impreza, outside her home.

I say attempted, as the rag at the top of the wine bottle full of fuel extinguished itself as it went into the car.

The rear window, and drivers side back door window have been smashed, and the rear of the car is soaked in petrol.

My sister and her partner were out with their Staffy dog at the time, but a neighbour saw 2 males running off from the scene.

The police have taken the bottle as evidence - lets hope the stupid barstewards have left a print or 2.

The help needed is if anyone hears anything in the local area - as people do talk, would they be kind enough to pass it on to either myself, or my sister - her user ID is Little'Un.

Thanks.

If webby doesn't mind I will also post a reference to this thread in the Southern section of SN.

Thats well harsh! I live about 20-30 minutes away from there, hope its not an attack they are planning on all scooby's where ever they go??!

I really hope they get whats coming for them! People like that deserve to be shot IMO, and also hope your sister gets her car sorted.

jesus anna, is Lins and Rich okay
That is just a little bit too close for comfort !!

Do you think it was motivated by jealousy or a personal attack, as in someone who knows them ??

the reasons behind such a cowardly attack are endless
They must be bloody mental at this

IMHO, this sounds more like a revenge attack rather than just mindless vandalism..!

Petrol bombing a huge step up from jumping on the roof or tyre slashing..!

Have to agree with that, sounds more personal than a random attack to me too

Hey chris

Yep both fine. Long story which I'll let them fill you in on,but it seems to point towards someone who has caused trouble for Rich's family - and it's one of 2 attacks since Friday - too much coincedence

Police have taken the bottle for finger printing, but i think the chances of getting anywhere are slim. The car has had the windows replaced just needs a bleddy good valeting - the footwells were floating in fuel this morning according to Rich so the carpet has been stripped out.

The person(s) need a bleddy good pasting...

I was shocked to hear about this earlier I hope that everyone is ok. This is awful and they obviously came very close to losing the car and possibly setting fire to their home I hope the Police get the people involved because it seems there is an obvious link to these attacks.

The car is well on the road to recovery now - I've just had a new rear screen put in it and intend to get it finished over the weekend.

Time to sell up i think

It's not just scoobys that get things flung st them, a mate had a *wat throw a Golf ball at his Espace last year has he was coming into town. The Idiot had to run like Hell to get away from Him as He stopped and chased Him down in the car!! Luck for the *it he ducked through some gardens and got away. Missed His car, so no damage done.

Piffle and poppycock my dear boy! It has become a fashionable act of random vandalism in these parts by sub human scum...
Very likely to be a random attack, with the car chosen because it stands out maybe... "Let's do the orange focus st" "No lets not it would look better burnt out, let's get the impreza"... That kind of thing...

Its getting worse, I have been driving 10 years and in that time i have been hit with an egg twice, once in Doncaster and once just the Spanish side of the Gibraltar border, where the idiot throwing it off the balcony missed the roof of the open top car I was driving and hit the drivers side of the windscreen. Shot with a paintball, outside the local Tescos. Had several stones thrown, and more valve caps go missing then I could count.

Never been petrol bombed though thats just a whole new league! All the best with nailing the c**ts to a wall I say!

Yikes that is very startling to hear Anna! I hope the lowlife scum responsible is caught and brought to justice forthwith.
