depends on your power goals, add to that your powerFC runs the maf sensor so you may be better off with a straight forward bolt on as the GT30 will need rotated up and down pipes. Not sure on what gearbox you have but a 321 T will produce more than enough torque to destroy a standard 5 speed box. I'd consider these turbos....
MD321 H 400+ Lateral
FP Green 450+ Forced Performance
MD321 T 475+ Lateral
FP Red 500+ Forced Performance

The MAF isn't a problem if fitted far enough away from the turbos entry or fitted in a different orientation.
FPGreen can be had for £995+vat
GT30R can be had for £1000+vat
MD321T can be had for £1250+vat
Up/downpipes with return for external wastegate and 40mm Tial can be had for £850.00+vat
With a suitably sized uppipe the MD321T and FPGreen turbo should provide better spool that the GT30R with the MD edging ahead providing a nicer driving experience due to it's roller bearing core.
A rotated set-up using the GT30R would be my prefered option, when you want to go larger it's much easier to swap than a standard fitment turbo

As I mentioned earlier, I wouldnt bother going for a rotated set-up, a 321T or FP red will get you in the region of 500HP and they are bolt on / standard turbos. The FP Green and FP Red can be bought direct from the USA see forced performance's web site for approx $900 / $1100 USD.

Have tried both variations of the MD195s from TD...The early Garret wheeled VF22 was laggy but was a solid 400hp unit...The new GT30 based 195 is a 450 + unit which isn't at all laggy...
Haven't tried the 321T or FP Green yet but have heard good things about both....

If it was me the first thing I would do it sit down and have a good think about what really are you going to use the car for when its complete. Will it just be for road? Possible track work? Quarter mile car?
The only reason I say this is because I have seen people throw alot of money at turbos and in fact it has made the car slower, as it was just to much power on road.
If you are doing alot of track work I would look more towards suspension set up and go for a suitable sized turbo rather then the biggest one money can buy. Also with track work the engine will be working very hard for long periods of time so putting extra stress on the engine internals will not see a very long engine life.
However if quarter mile work is something you will be doing then go and find the biggest turbo money can buy.
After getting some sort of power figure in mind, speak to your mapper about what will be best suited to your set up. I see you said that you have a standard gearbox so I think you should also budget for up rated gear sets. There is nothing worse then building a car and then it brakes on it first outing.
