Default best place to buy a cam belt?

Need to replace my cam belt soon, any tips on where to get it from?

have seen some dayco belts at reasonable prices but is dayco a good make?

gates is original but nowt wrong with dayco. there will be a high percentage of forum members running them.

try camskill at Cheap Tyres Discount Tyres & Japanese Import Car Parts Spares Tuning Performance :: they can get you one or try Proven Products for Scorpion stainless steel exhausts, performance brakes and suspension, both nice set of people working for them and cheap

Ask at a local garage which local motor factor they use, then go and see them. Personally I'd stick with Gates.

Also personally, I'd like to meet the idiot who thought that a rubber camBELT was a better idea than a chain driven camshaft.

Rubber belts is called progress.
Chains are for push bikes and BMWs.
