Question Bosch fuel pumps

Anyone know the best place to buy the bosch pumps for 02 WRXs? I need one that flows max 8 bar or 10 bar (although I think the latter is over kill) as my car wont run over 6 bar. These will be standard fit jobs I think?

I need one to replace my old but uprated pump as she's dropping pressure from 5500 revs (not because of the FPR)...

Where and prices would be dandy

Why on earth do you want to run 8bar, stock is 3.5 over atmospheric, unless you are running 4 bar boost, its completely unnecesary!

Wink

Simon, these pumps wont run at that pressure (its just their max rating), they'll run at my max boost plus 3 bar...4.7 bar approx...but my existing "uprated" pump isn't upto the job above 5500 revs as it drops about .5 bar - the Bosch jobs wont drop and will give me more flow and be reliable.

My mapper has suggested not to buy the run of the mill "uprated" pumps as he's had many fail - hence buy a reliable slightly over kill Bosch job.

It installs like this ... note the reversed filter, that allows me to do 1/4's without fuel cut below 1/4 tank, with it as std I had to leave at least 1/2 a tank in.

Jim, yes it is, the motorsport version but the std is fine for most cars.

The tie wrap isn't a good idea btw, it stretch's in the fuel, needs a narrow jubilee.
