Just had a letter from IM telling me that Gibson's of Brock have lost the franchise. Could it be because they were importing Imprezas from the continent and selling them for a couple of grand less than UK list price and giving a three year warranty on them? Shame really as they gave me good service and to keep the warranty I'll have to go to the new guys in Preston.

They have been excluded from the network for some time now, nice of IM to let you know, eventually.

If you are unhappy with a newly established outlet, Robinsons are not that far away. Generally get a good press and will provide a courtesy car.

Agree with the comment about G of B always found them helpful.
