Question

Hi All

Please can you give me recommendations for the above? They are 185/65/14's (not sure about the profile but the other details are okay). Currently the car has Michelins on the front, not sure what type but they have an assymetric tread pattern and are labelled "Energy", and some crap Firestones on the back, again not sure of the type, but they're labelled "Fuel Saver" (should be labelled with a No-Grip warning too!!
All four will need to be replace in the next couple of thousand miles - would around £50 a corner be a sensible price?
A lot of cars seem to be on Pirelli P6000 - are these any good?

Autoexpress did a big review of a load of 'normal' tyres recently - the Goodyear Ventura was best, I think; just had a quick look but couldn't find it, though.

Did see their awards section though:

TYRE
Winner: Goodyear Eagle Ventura
Commended: Michelin Energy XH1 XSE, Michelin 4x4 XPC
