I have a prodrive system and was considering changing to a blitz nur spec r it's just i find the prodrive a little quiet.

Dose the blitz system include a decat and would i need a remap?

A blitz system starts after the second cat (if fitted) so no, it doesn't replace either cat after the turbo.

I've just fit a Kamumei from flat 4 online, full turbo back decat with STi tail pipe for £595 delivered. Sound beautifull, nice and loud, fit bang on with no rattles or bangs. Impressive how they get such a large diameter pipe to follow the factory route rather than letting it hang low like some manufacturers do. I like it loud-loud so I'll be fitting the headers & up-pipe also when money allows.

Recommended mate if you were thinking of spending that kind of money, you wont be dissapointed

 

And you will benefit from a remap but I couldn't tell you if it is going to do any harm if you dont get one.

i would go for the kakumei system, Blitz nurspec OR 5zigen fireball, all 3 are seriously loud and give a deep throaty burble, im using a nurspec system at the moment with a magnex decat downpipe, it sets off car alarms all the time and in tunnels the sound is unbelievable i can post some videos if u want later on...

 

TSL all the way for me, open neck downpipe,center and fire storm backbox, headers etc to come later after brakes but it sounds sweet as ****. Hear turbo spooling up stacks more, pops and bangs like a good un.

i had a 5zigen fireball on my last type r and it was way too loud for me (maybe my age). sounds good at full chat but not my cup of tea. might know one for sale if interested. pm if interested.

Pro Drive Down Pipe with a 3" system that was made and fitted in Japan. I have drive with the down pipe as yet though ;(
