car shakes very very bad

Default car shakes very very bad

my mate has got a classic sti think is is a 96 model we hit some silly speeds today (private land) and it has developed a very bad shake now the car really really wobbles steering wheel /gearstick /clutch pedal it is too much for a wheel weight problem do you think it could be the prop bearing ????????

mine was doing that, one of my back wheels was under inflated. pump them all up to same pressure and it should be ok

thanks dave all tyre pressure are ok the shake came on a silly speeds so think it maybe bit more serious

anyone else have any idears?

mine was when i reached 100 til 120, then over 120 it stopped. on private land of course

this one was at 160 and it came on very sudden it happens over about 40 right up to full speed getting worse with speed it was on private land to
