Not sure if anyone has any ideas or if you have seen this before but when ever i use the I/C spray in my WRX STI 03 when i park i get a wet patch on the floor on the drivers side and the wheel arch is dripping.

I had a look and found the I/C water tank is right above where it is leaking but when looking i couldnt find any damp patches. Also checked that water is being sprayed over the Intercooler when the button is pressed. Weird thing is it only leaks when the car has been moving and then stops, if you press the button while the car is stationary it remains dry.

Any ideas please????????
