Totally agree with you there Alan, these idiots need taking off the road.

By all means, idiot in a saxo, take your own life by driving like a moronic idiot.

But please don`t risk the lives of others, especially a mother & baby.

Something MUST have been done to make the Saxo act like this, what was it?

If it was random then it needs to be sorted - but, it's rarely completely random.

Mr Lewis........remember, there are some pure ***** on our roads!

Certain members of our community need no reason to be complete ****** and to act in a manner that most of us would class as totally unreasonable and uncalled for.

I have seen similar events myself, although not so serious.......also, when it's a female driver, the offending individual probably feels safer scaring the sh*t out of them as they are (probably) less likely to get out with a fookin big bat. (they haven't met my ex')

Oh yeah.......I've asked my blue uniformed mate what can be done.

Not always buddy , some people are just *****. Regardless of what the circumstance it's still bang out of order and nothing can justify that.

There are a couple of strange bits with the other thread!

I was going off left up the slip road, well he just sat there so I tried to go round him to go straight on at the dual carriageway instead of going of left and he tried to ram into the side of me, so i tried to go round the other side of him to go off left and he tried to ram me in the side again, so I tried to go round the other side and he tried to ram me again in the side, so i went the other side and he tried to ram me again but i just flattened it and of course I left him.

Seems to be a lot attempts to pass on either side as you were at a set of lights/crossing a junction And

I have reported it to the police, I did at the time but they were busy.

You dial 999 and ask for the police! they can't be busy as it is an emergency call and they have to act upon it Especially if you have the reg number as in the thread title!

Some people are just jealous, they may of not realised you had a baby in the car with you and if they did then that just shows you how childish people can be. I used to own a Saxo and I swapped it for my 1st Subaru. They are not all the same

i have owned a v6 vectra for the last year and know how stupid people in ****e cars want to race it all the time ...i usualy ignore them ...i have owned my scooby for 3 days and for some odd reason almost every spanner faced *** with a baseball cap thinks i bought it to race them ...and if it wasnt for the fact its fast id have already been hit by one or two of them ......... it seems like fast cars attract dumbasses in other cars even if they have no chance ...... and in 8 years of driving i have had no accidents or convictions or speeding fines ..... im a careful driver i hammer my cars when i feel its safe to do so like night time on motorways with no one esle in the car .......... i feel for the young woman and hope he loses his license ,but i know for a fact he wont

Ok, but then if you look at the fact (not so many nowadays) of how many cars with "L" plates on, but only one person in the car Or, does she take the sign out of the window when the baby isn't in the car?

did not realise i had a baby... cannot see a pink sign in the back saying baby on board or whilst level with my childs window trying to ram us didnt see a baby in a car seat ???????

You sure you did absolutely NOTHING to flame the situation?

If you were purely making your own way to wherever and this happened for no reason, then he deserves to get a little visit .............. but, we all know that it's never that simple (the other side of the story will read different, and thats the problem the Police have).

Glad you are all ok though.

I must say I have never had any issue at all by virtue of me being blonde and in an Impreza ...... but I am a 20 stone Gorilla

Pete, Claire isn`t like that. She wouldn`t do anything to "flame" the situation if thats what you are implying.
Instead of pointing the finger etc, try and give her some support, thankyou.

Hey!! Hold on a cotton-picking minute ..............................

As I said she has my full support if nothing was done to inflame the situation - in fact this 20 Stone Gorilla will rip the Saxo driver a new 4rsehole, if that is the case.

All I am pointing out is that it is very rare (in my experience) to get attacked like that for no reason whatsoever ..... and thats what the Police will try to assertain.
