Tool to walk a tree creating m3u for each folder?

In case anyone is interested, Mp3tag will do it
Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v1, ID3v2, APEv2)
Funny thing is, I'd used it for ages and never knew.
options>playlist and add this as playlist filename: %_folderpath%00 - %album%.m3u
Drag the root folder in, Ctrl + Shift + P
Bingo.
Several hundred folders in seconds.
Just thought I'd share in case anyone else was looking for the same thing.
