Cool

The guy is obviously a Max Power head. One off prototype and he still sticks a Scooby scoop on the bonnet

Well with the intercooler in its normal place on a Subaru engine where else would you put the scoop BTW the car i drove only had the 208bhp engine in it, but was incredibly quick ! and had a massive weight advantage over a normal scoob !

Yep, and the production version is slated to have the 280bhp STI engine in it... assuming the Subaru come round on the engine provider thing...

Love this car, on the list, waiting its release... please bring the prototype back

How can it be the worlds second fastest production car at 160 MPH? Is the McClaren not 3rd fastest now at 232, beaten by a speed 12 and a Bugatti?

I'm not sure it will ever happen. Look at their website -- lots of spin, but low on details. It's been in the pipeline for too long now.

Fast isn't necessarily top speed. Could be fastest to steal. Article certainly gives that impression. Do the 'tracker' touts have any opinion?

Personally if I was driving around in £2million quids worth of car I think I would have put a Tracker in it.

It looks terrible....

Also there is a lot of media interest in the theft.... Is it a publicity stunt?????

No, it's not a publicity stunt Allard would not be impressed at that...

I'm surprised it didn't have Tracker on it - perhaps they were a little naive that a unique car wouldn't be stolen. Who knows...

Reported on the radio this morning, the Delfino has been found (actually they said '2 million pound prototype car' but I assume it's a Delfino). It had been towed as it was parked illegally. Ring any bells? (BEX!)

Most media reporting it was towed.....
I've still got an open mind about this one
