Who has some spare nitro fuel and some time
Should be getting mine deivered in the next couple of days (thanks Foz )
But it has never been run, and i understand you can fluff these pretty easy by not doing it properly.
So can anyone show me the ropes on this please.

You just need to run it in fairly slowly and make sure it is running a bit rich during run in.
I was recommended at least 10 tanks of fuel to run mine in. Runs well now.

As I know what model you have During running in (so running rich) the tank was lasting about 8 - 10 mins I guess. Once it's run in and leaned off a bit you will get a bit longer out of it, up to 15, maybe 20 mins at a push.
It is important to let the engine cool off a bit between runs especially when it's new to reduce the risk of over heating and damaging the engine.
There should be a trail of blue smoke from the exhaust to show there is enough oil running through the engine, the thicker the smoke the richer it is. You shouldn't really ever run it without some blue smoke otherwise you are running too lean and will blow the engine.

You will get to know when it is running rich due to the reduced performance and a feeling of sluggishness.
You will also notice with your model that it will probably not change into 2nd gear due to the revs not getting high enough, once again this is due to it running rich.
You will notice that when it is almost out of fuel it will run lean and will start to run faster and start changing gear.

It's easy to change how rich or lean by adjusting the mixture screw on the engine. Don't be tempted to lean it out to quickly though!
If you don't get all the manuals and stuff, let me know, I have them all with mine, including the spare parts list with part numbers You will need it!

Most model shops will stock the fuel.
I started with 10% but I had a few problems with it running right.
Cornelius kindly gave me some fuel with 20% mixture and it runs much better.
You can get higher mixture, but the manual for your model doesn't recommend higher than 20%. The standard glowplug is only good for 20% mixture too.
As for after-run oil, I was reliably informed that WD40 is more than adequate to protect the engine after running it.

The engines come in parts.
Here is the link to the spares for the CEN engine components.
Ripmax - Engines & Accessories > Spare Parts > Engine Spares Two Stroke
Some parts are cheap (£10 - £15)
Others are a bit more expensive (£70 - £80 )
