Hey peeps... nice club by the way

I need some info on this impreza.
It's a 96 impreza turbo, they say that there are only 5 in Argentina and has a 2.2 Turbocharged engine.
I only have the engine number, it's 432154

What kind of impreza is this?

As far as I knew in Argentina we only get the 2.0 GT and WRX.

If anyone can help me with any information please do so.

It could be a GT/Wrx with a stroker kit? How many doors does it have? Is it LHD or RHD?

 

I know it's weird! the only impreza with a 2.2 i knew was also the 22B.

It has 4 door, and it's LHD!

I'm driving myself crazy, haven't seen the car yet, it's for a friend who asked me, he'll probably buy it.

I don't think it's a 22B since it's a 96 model and the 22B went out on 97 i think.

 

sounds like the last owner had the engine bored out a tad!
now, do you take the risk and wonder if its been done right or do you go looking elsewhere????

Maybe someone just fitted a 2.2 ltr Legacy turbo engine into it..

 

Is the 2.2 from a legacy an easy job to fit?

the anmerican cars were 2.2 non turbo, but putting turbos on has proved popular.
