Default I just had a bad car crash (Skyline R32 GTR) dead

just wrote my mates skyline off on the A406, someone jumped the lights and I hit her hard totally wrote the Ford KA off, and the GTR is ruined
She has admited liability, but what a mess this has caused as im only TPFT on his policy through my own.

A sad day indeed.

Both females in the Ford have been taken to hospital.

Luckily she admitted in the police statements that she jumped the lights, "something fell on the flor and she bent down to pick it up"

How she wasnt booked for that statement I do not know, tears do a lot I suppose.

FFS I loved that car

sounds like you were lucky - glad you're OK(ish).....

Still, the whiplash claim will put the Skyline back on the track... (before the pedants start clucking, just trying to put another +ve spin on it)

Hope it all works out OK (health, I mean)

Dan

get your neck checked up in a month and your back. I had no end of problems a year down the line due to a trapped nerve, went to a chinese accupunture/accupressure centre to finally sort it out

i hit thefront side wing, if she had been 1 meter or so more forward it would have been very bad indeed, a nearly 2 tonne skyline rips little cars like this to pieces

important thing is your ok mate, and as far as insurance claim goes, it will come off hers so makes no difference if you have tpft or fully comp, as long as you have valid insurance then your sound as a pound.

chin up mate, car can be fixed, you can't

Shame about the car - but oooooh your going to be so sore in the morning!

One of the few worthwhile personal injury claims

Hope everything works out okay.
