Default Starting to look for another scooby

Right guys n gals, i just can't be without one anymore. I've sorted some pennies out, albeit very limited pennies, but i'm on the lookout for a cheap scooby. i know they're out there somewhere so keep eyes and ears open for me.

budget is £3k tops.

ETA - this will be a second car, a toy if you will , so not too worried about the miles as long as it's sound.

cheers wongy. just doesn't feel right to be without the scooby. things have been a bit tight lately, what with missing work for a while. but it's looking up and i can't wait to get back in a scooby. glad i've still got some of the stuff from my last one. like the equal length headers

quite like the wagon. would be a little different. plus with the spare pennies i could get abw to sort the door out. very tempted by the white ra for £2500. just need to swap them wheels over and i'd leave it as it is. guess i may be taking a little trip to birmingham

Thanks for this . Will see if i can go and have a look tonight.

not expecting a minter but as long as it's mechanically ok and generally sound, that'll do me. Have seen a few dogs out there for this money, but there are also some that are pretty good.

Above all else an STi type RA mate.

Although you gotta be careful in this price area. What might seam cheap may need a shedload of cash to get it right again

Id save up some more cash and get a better one.

sti type RA would be .

Yeah, no rush to get one apart from my impatience of driving round in an astra all the time.

I am tempted to get mine back. the only thing that's putting me off is i took the car as far as i could when i have it. We'll apart from some graphics that is. To do any more to it i'd have to spend a lot of money, ie change the intercooler and get a new ecu.

Have seen an n reg sti 555 within price range. which is making me thinki should get that more than my old one back. However it does need a clutch doing.
