Should defo called the car something else. They may sell more of them to a wide range of buyers but petrolheads will look elsewhere.

it's actually really gutting to see how they have got it so wrong.

 

The Impreza has returned back to its original form; a mundane derogative jap box copying design cues form its peer manufacturers (note the Corolla resemblance in prior models).

Afterall, its initial design concept has always been primarily a small/medium sized family car. And that criteria has been followed to the letter, so now it also incorperates a versatile fith door, otherwise known as a hatchback LOL.

Bonnet scoop, bodykits and humungus pointless spoilers sprouting out everywhere were an afterthought, where Subaru suddenly realised that strapping a turbo to a below average car made it somewhat credible to shortsighted petrolheads on a budget LOL.

Obviously with the latest incarnation, they want to rid their market of the latter; the debate is if getting rid of the gutter scum wannabe image is better than making a pig ugly car, I say getting rid of any potential white Reebok wearing owners (or wannabee owners) is a good thing. Mind, they've been making pig ugly cars for the past six odd years and they've still been buying the things, so perhaps this is the final last gasp effort to get rid of this image? LOL.

 

well all i can say is "here's to prices of classic scoobs rising again" lol

I have to say that new one is an absolute pile of ****ing dog waste. Maybe we should send all subaru main dealers a link to this post to express our disappointment.

If they had any sense they would leak a shot on here for scope first then build on that rather than making a corolla.
